These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Launch Box, provided by Launch Scout, LLC ("Launch Scout," "we," "us," or "our"). Launch Box is provided to teams and clients of Launch Scout — it is not available for general public signup. By using Launch Box, you agree to these Terms.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Launch Box for any illegal purpose.
• Abuse or misuse the AI features of the service.
• Resell or provide access to Launch Box to any third party.
• Scrape, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of Launch Box.

Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Launch Box at any time in the event of abuse of the service or nonpayment. Either party may otherwise terminate access at will.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Launch Box is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Launch Scout does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Launch Scout shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of Launch Box.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from your use of Launch Box are governed by the terms of the separate Development Agreement signed between you (or your organization) and Launch Scout.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates take effect as soon as they are posted on this page.
